Gallery Angela Memola Grafique Art Gallery presents the all-new collection of watercolors done by Alberto Zamboni.
The Bolognese artist, born in 1971, inspired and pay homage to the novel Typee writer, poet, writer Herman Melville U.S. has produced a book of watercolors of small size.
As American novelist, Alberto Zamboni inspired by archeology travel
to describe and evoke landscapes inspired by the elsewhere, mainly marine.
The theme of the trip as research pushes Zamboni, as Melville was forced to reflect on the theme of the Shakespearean relationship between appearance and reality, romance and hallucination.
Just as the reading of Melville's novel, also the artistic production of Alberto Zamboni provokes a strong sense of disorientation, analogous to feel lost in front of the vastness of the sea. They will also present recent works in oil on canvas.
