Jeffrey Leder Gallery has opened submissions for the Works On Paper NYC III juried exhibition competition and all artists, American and International, who have created work on a paper medium are invited to enter.
Working on paper has expanded from preparatory sketches for painting or sculpture to now being respected artwork unto itself. From drawing, painting, printmaking to photography, works on paper is a varied, exciting and versatile medium.
Those artists whose submissions are selected will become part of Works On Paper III, a prestigious group exhibition in New York City, scheduled to open 22 June 2014 and will run through 27 July 2014. The exhibit will occupy two (2) floors of The Jeffrey Leder Gallery, located in LIC, New York City, around the corner from MoMA PS1 and four blocks from the Sculpture Center.
