TECHNOLOGY'S MEN

Independent Artists Gallery with the new group exhibition intends to enter the search path started on the contemporary setting analysis on contemporary man in dialogue with his artificial world. Technology's men inspired by a relationship difficult yet essential that humanity has created with his own discoveries made in the progress of time and space. Thirty-four artists have examined the issue following his own personal poetics and using the technique that best suits them. The result is an overview of views on the topic that is displayed from all points of view. One for each artist present.
What does today's technology and which has implications on our world? To what heights has led humanity and where he wants to come? Technology and consciousness of the subject are molded to each other in a relationship sometimes dramatic and confrontational, in other remarkable momentum lyrical. These are the instances that you intend to bring to light through the medium of art, with all its expressive potential. From figuration, video art through the installation and sculpture. This aims to investigate and focus "Technology's men", bringing to light the immediate implications that technology has had on the man and his future yet to be imagined.
The exhibition opens to the public Saturday, December 6 with an inaugural moment and aperitif at 17:30. The exhibition is open until Sunday, December 21, 2014 at the following times: Tuesday to Saturday 16:00 to 19:00 Sunday and Holidays: 10:00 to 12:00 / 16:00 to 19:00
