TO PARTICIPATE:
SELECTION To submit artworks to the selection you don’t need to pay any fee, it is only necessary to send the photographic reproduction of at least 5/6 artworks with title, dimensions, technique, artist's full name, website, phone number for possible contact and indicate with how much artwork it intends to participate, the email address info@monicamartins.com The Commission will make the selection in the period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the material submitted by you

REGISTRATION Each artist can participate with a maximum of two (2) artworks up to a maximum of 90x90 After the official announcement of the artwork choice, you will need to make the payment the deposit of the 50% of the total value of the fees, no later than the next 15 days by a positive result. Send by email the picture of the artwork chosen by the Commission at high resolution for publication in the catalog, with biography, critical note and the receipt of the first installment. The remaining 50% will be paid no later than April 27, 2015. Each artist will be entitled to two (2) pages in the catalog with his biography, criticism, advertising of your website and work full page. The catalog will be available to visitors during the event.






THE PRICE INCLUDES Artworks shipping round trip from Italy to Paris, one (1) Catalog, two (2) pages in the catalog with the publication of the biography, critical nod and a full-page photo of the artwork, graphic design, organizational costs, caretaking, exposure, construction, dismantling, repackaging works for shipping, sale on-site assistance, opening.

Theme -The theme is free. I am open to all forms of visual arts: sculpture, painting, photography, digital art, graphics and engravings, and all techniques.

SHIPPING The shipment from Italy to Paris and Paris to Italy will be at our expense. At the end of exposure, in the event of non-sale, the artworks will be returned by courier by the artists. If you sell 15% will be for Monica Martins Fine Art Gallery
