"Cha no yu” is rigor, purification, achieving of harmony. This ceremony does not allow unnecessary frills and charmers.
Through these shots, I wanted to take this important concept Zen and to represent it.
Following the path as an hard and rational script, without giving room for any emotion, the use of framed movie, gives the viewer this concept.
The only way of purification is the "Solo", the "Empty"; individualism of Maiko and of Geisha, the bow Clipper tuna, comes out strongly from a kaleidoscopic reality.
