exhibition by Raffaele Miscione
by Gianni Nappa
Surely the word has a strong meaning in expressing the sentiment of this exhibition, which comes after more than a year since the artist has always held in Naples. Informally it means just the nature of a pictorial language that has been going more and more in the informal sign stating, with the research of materials and of those recognizable elements that lead outside the well-trodden path of balanced colors and materials. A natural evolution that Miscione accompanied by a commitment to seek not already a trial, but an essence to make tangible and concrete pursuant to the touch, its mediated expression of that need that the artist has always presented as her figure recognizable, and always in the condition of one who could be quick tonal and light search of his feeling for emotions rather than stories, instead the figurative inevitably produces. A body of work where the colors blue and burgundy as well as in medium colors, undertake the first look of one who is called up from these bright tensions, which along with the choices of elements like soldiers and other materials such as leather and textiles, are the property of a feeling that elegantly drafting Miscione creates with mastery. Informally will also visitors and collectors, in a very difficult time for the fate of the art market, where there are overruns from a security groove; Well this is an exhibition that offers a security, to be able to invest in the right works mediated by the ability and innate aesthetic sense of the search for a nice shared. An exhibition, then, that will present the latest production of Raffaele Miscione that the homeland takes up the strong Mediterranean connotations and that will know how to always find consensus and admirers for a strong pictorial imprint, which has no time, if there is clear that as in yesteryear, it is an innate gift built with time in the wake of a personal entertainment that does not need the exclusive outcome of the market, but knows channeled towards the wake of some painting and demanding palates.
