When the wind is silent, it is the title of the photographic staff of the artist Claudia Del Giudice, which will be inaugurated on Thursday 10 May, at 6.30 pm, at the Salvatore Serio gallery in Naples.
Curated by the art historian Fedela Procaccini, the exhibition project stems from an incessant research on the relationship between man and the contemporary landscape; an investigation into the critical logic between perception and fruition of places now invaded by the "products" of the intellect, linked to the contextualization of one's own experience. In the shots by Claudia Del Giudice, the relationship between nature and man converges in alien and alienating landscapes that refer to the awareness of their own caducity and the desire to overcome the loss that the strength and beauty of the immensity generate.
Claudia Del Giudice since 2015 writes reviews and is curator of art exhibition events.
An intimate photographer, always oriented towards the social (in the years 2014/2015 she followed photographically the collective painting workshop by Caroline Peyron, second trip through images and words beyond autism), from 2005 to today she has participated with her photographic works at numerous national and international group exhibitions, such as HUMAN RIGHTS? # H2O by Roberto Ronca, AIAPI | Unesco Official partner, in 2017 and L'Arte in Vetrina - XV edition in 2016, review of contemporary art in which he received the special mention by Piero Renna, gallery director PRAC-Piero Renna Arte Contemporanea, for the work "Panta Rei".
He attended the photojournalism course curated by Mario La Porta and participated in workshops / shooting with other respected Italian photojournalists (Pietro Masturzo, Stefano Cerio and Marco Zanta).
Since 2012 she is the official photographer, sometimes curator, of the events of "Gino Ramaglia-Artisti in Vetrina" in Naples.
The exhibition consists of 12 photographs, printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Pearl paper, and is enriched with a precious catalog that reports the critical reviews of the curator and the theologian Armando Nugnes, spiritual father of the artist.
