With great pleasure that we welcome you in our gallery in the Canary Islands. Precisely located in Las Palmas, the capital of Gran Canaria.
Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a city that has probably the best climate in the world, was founded in 1478. Today, with its 400,000 inhabitants, it is one of the most important Spanish cities.
Equipped with a large and modern marina, it is the fifth Iberian airport, from which pass more than 5 million tourists a year. Free port since 1852, enjoys an intense commercial activity.
Its cultural activity is very lively and demonstrated a strong interest in all forms of art.
Gran Canaria Art Gallery is located in a central and very receptive for tourism. We are 100 meters from docking of large cruise ships to Las Palmas every year arrive more than 300,000 cruise passengers thus offering a very high visibility of the works exhibited worldwide.
In addition, the Santa Catalina Park, one of the most beautiful parks of 'island, is located a few meters from the Gallery.
At present our first event will be Josè Van Roy Dali son of the great Salvador Dali.
