ON THE TURNING AWAY is the story of a man and his unfortunate relationship with love and sentiments.. Inspired to the life of her dear relative suddenly dead, the author, suddivides the sentimental way like seasons cycle. These are made up of objects digital scans that evoke instints and pleasures and dialoge with landscapes lived from the author and his relative, these unleash a conflict mind and heart, real and abstract. The author rebuilds from the landscapes abstracted from family pictures secret sentiments, she looks for repair failed relationship, gives voice of the abandonment, love and the dark side of sentiments: a hidden situation, suspended, darkness.
