The New Art Gallery, Little, following the success of the first edition of the Renzo Magnanini 2011, index it with a second goal to give all participants the possibility of new visibility, enriching and sharing the artistic point of view.

NOTICE
Section 1 Requirements for participation
PRIZE Renzo Magnanini 2012 may participate in the artists and all those who love art in all its manifestations, of any nationality provided they are eighteen years of age.
Article 2 Works
It is figurative and not allowed any person (human figure, landscape, still life or other) with the theme and graphic technique, painting and sculpture free. For technical means any graphic or pictorial manual use of oil, acrylic, ink, watercolor, graphite, pencil, paint industry, digital painting, etc.. on any surface: canvas, paper, wood, plastic, iron, etc..
For those who wish to participate sections for painting and photography is important to accompany the work with the central hanger.
The paintings and photographs must comply with the measures 50x70 cm (for any excessive measures will need to make arrangements with the gallery), while the sculptures are the maximum dimensions of 40 x 40 x 120 cm.
3 Art Awards
The amount of the award is as follows:
• three cash prizes to the value of 2.000,00 euro each for every winner of the three categories of painting, sculpture and photography, which is applied, as required by law, a withholding tax, a tax of 25% . The three works in question shall remain the property of the artist, but will be donated to the Foundation ANT, the gallery partners in this project, with a donation from the winners;
• six prizes for second and third prizes in each category, painting, sculpture and photography, a large exposition of their work for free at the window "Regalarte" The Art Gallery of New Small Via Santo Stefano 29 / i, for a period of 30 days with a regular contract, as well as defining the methods of sale;
• All selected artists will be part of a group exhibition, to be decided in place, lasting nine days, accompanied by openings, invitations, catalogs and advertising in major newspapers and on the websites of our telematics expertise.
Section 4 Terms of Participation
The membership of the artists PRIZE Renzo Magnanini 2012, accompanied by all that is required article. 6, must be sent by mail, e-mail or hand delivered no later than March 31, 2012 (as attested by the postmark), the New Art Gallery, The Small, the Via Santo Stefano 29, 40125 Bologna, Italy.
Article 5 Membership Fee
To enter the competition there will be a fee for administrative costs and organization, postal operations and equipment exhibition:
- € 100.00 for participation in a single work;
- € 130.00 for participating with two works;
- € 150.00 for participation in three or four works;
All contribute in the same way regardless of the number of works with which decide to participate.
The registration fee must be paid by bank transfer or Pay Banco Postal Mail.

Article 6 Conditions for Participation
The participation is provided with one or more works by artist (see art. 5) and the judges will reserve to choose the most deserving for the exhibition.
To participate in the 2012 AWARD Renzo Magnanini you must deliver by hand, sent by registered mail with return receipt or by e-mail the material specified below:
a. Registration Form duly completed and signed;
b. A copy of notice duly signed on each page;
c. Bio sheet - bibliography of the artist;
d. Material Photo printed on photographic paper and digital format (or e-mailed in jpg format).
Color photos of the work / and which contributes the minimum size of 13x18 cm on the back bearing the following information: name of applicant, title of work, technical support materials, measurements of the work, year of execution and section for which competes painting, sculpture or photography.
PLEASE NOTE that the digital file is important and essential to the creation of the catalog, in jpg format with a maximum digital resolution.
e. A copy of the receipt of the Participation Fee.
The absence of one of these elements invalidates the participation in the prize Renzo Magnanini 2012.
Article 7 Examination Committee, selection criteria and timing
The examining committee will consist of the critical field.
The material submitted by each artist within the deadlines set for March 31, 2012 for participation in the Renzo Magnanini AWARD 2012 will be submitted to the Commission's examination will warn that only the selected artists, with a request sending timely work.
The decision of the Admissions Committee is final.
The day will be June 9, 2012 inaugurated the exhibition with the winners of the contest will end June 17, 2012. (Dates are subject to change, in which case applicants will be notified).
Article 8 Acceptance and Copyrights
1. Accepting the invitation of Renzo Magnanini AWARD 2012 at the time of the artist accepts all the provisions contained in the notice;
2. Artists grant to the New Art Gallery The Little rights to reproduce works and texts released PRIZE Renzo Magnanini 2012 that will be used to create the catalog, store membership and advertise on newspapers and works on multiple sites data;
3. the material will not be returned but archived by the New Art Gallery, Little;
4. the candidate authorizes the New Art Gallery, Little, and its direct delegates, to treat the participant's personal information under Law 675/96 ('Privacy Act') and subsequent amendments D. lsg. 196/2003 (Privacy Code), also for inclusion in databases managed by such persons. Any dispute will be treated in Italy and under Italian law. Personal data, images of works of the premium and / or other images of submitted works, films / videos taken by the Organization during the event, to promote the artists and the same, or in other contemporary art events, promoting the web, communications or marketing, can be used by the Organization without necessarily requiring the consent of the parties;
5. The organization reserves the right to make changes to the call if the need arises.
Article 9 Delivery and collection of selected works
If selected, the finalists will have to provide at their expense transfer (return) of their works and, if they deem it appropriate, to assure for the period of the exhibition and transport, as the organizer does not accept any liability for damages , fire, theft.
In the event that the event should be presented in a different location from that of the gallery's address will be delivery of the works directly to participants.
