Biography
Federica bueti (Born in Scilla,IT 1982) is an independent writer, art critic and curator interested in participatory practices, time based or ephemeral and temporary activities.
Bueti founded the online magazine PIANOmagazine.org, and less/express, commissioned by the American Academy in Rome. She is co-founder and editor of MENT, a quarterly online journal for contemporary culture, art and politics.
Her curated projects include: Sounds #1, Al-Ma'mal, Foundation for Contemporary Art, Jerusalem, 2009; Camere #10 VOCATION-solo suono, with works by Brandon La Belle, Thomas Köner and Liliana Moro. RAM, Radio Arte Mobile. Wasteful Illuminations a performance by Tris Vonna-Michell, Marino Marini Museum, Florence; Between the Silhouette and the Background, group show, unosunove gallery, Rome; Gesto Minimo-Maria Laet, Riccardo Crespi Gallery, Milan.
