Biografia
Andrea G Artz lives and works in London but is originally from Germany. Her work explores different aspects of the journey and address themes like humanness, freedom, limitless possibilities, the expansion of consciousness, and at the same time globalization, displacement, being in exile, impermanence, homelessness, and existential loneliness. She is particularly interested in the human figure and how people's physique, movement, posture, gesture and facial expressions can change as history progresses. Boundaries between media are fluid and projects vary from photography, drawing, sculpture and 3d collage to site - specific installation.
