Born in New York. Have lived in California for over thirty years.
Art Education: School of Visual Arts, NY.
Art is really the only occupation I have pursued my whole life. It is my passion, I cannot imagine doing something else. For richer or poorer, it is my life.
For the last few years I have been working on paper, using primarily color pencil, with graphite, paint wash, water color, ink or markers. Creating compositions from my imagination which could be seen as abstracted landscapes, or for some viewers perhaps surrealism. For myself they are a new look at the modern landscape, and also as I grow older, a meditation on our mortality.
