Biografia
Martin Navrátil graduated from Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava in 2006. During the study he took part in a study stay at Academy of Fine Arts in Prague /the Czech Republic/. He creates a wide variety of works. He dedicates himself to sculptures, paintings, computer graphic, art and commercial photography. He draws inspiration for his work in nature, sport, history, but first of all he tries to reflect current events in society and in the world. His craftsmanship gives him opportunities to apply new techniques thus to achieve deeper artist's message and to create a new fine art expression. His works of art inspired by sport has gained him a number of prestigious awards. He presents his works of art at art residences, workshops and exhibitions held in his country as well as abroad. He is a member of Association of Visual Artists of Central Slovakia (Slovak Union of Visual Arts). He lives and works in Nitrianske Sučany /Slovakia/.
