THE BILLBOARD CREATIVE (TBC) is a non-profit organization that turns remnant or unsold billboards into public art sites. It was founded to give artists’ access to an audience. Millions of eyes on their work, on a billboard, for one month in Los Angeles. And to make art as assessable to Angelenos as the numerous billboards that we view everyday.
