Vote4Art is an app in which each person can decide whether or not they like a work of art by swiping left (0 points), right (1 point) or up (2 points). Alternatively, the user can tap on the cross (if he doesn’t like the artwork), the tick (if he likes it) or one of the three “super-like” icons (if he REALLY likes it). Each user can grant 3 super-likes per day. The points accumulate throughout the whole month and can be accessed at any time via “Ranking”, where artists can search for themselves with the help of the search option in the upper right corner. Also in the upper right corner, users can apply a filter to browse through past rankings. The artist with the most points at the end of the month wins $500 as support for his artistic work. The app can be downloaded for free, and uploading the first artwork is also free of charge. If an artist wishes to upload more than one picture, he can purchase further credits in our app under the section “My Artwork”.
