Biography

Between September 2012 and June 2016, I have attended Bilkent Lab. Intl. School (BLIS), completing the IGCSE and IB diploma programmes and organising MUNESCO 2015 as its Secretary General. Amid my academic life, I have attended film workshops on movie production and cinematography, held by CAVA Academy. Later, I pursued my interest in filmmaking by taking college level film courses at the School of Visual Arts, New York. I have also spent time at Studio-X, taking part in a Design Thinking workshop. After my internship at Emre Arolat Architects in July 2015, I managed the graphic design of the student council elections campaign and later worked as the Design Manager of the official TED conference held at BLIS.

Since September 2016, I have been studying at the Architectural Association in London, while also working as a graphic designer at Belgin Koz Architects. Complementary to my studies, I have taken part in the "Great Exhibitions" lecture series at the Royal Academy of Arts and have travelled to Lugo di Romagna, Italy for the “Lugo Land” intense photography workshop. This semester I will be attending the “Interpreting Contemporary Art” course at Sotheby’s Institute, starting February 2017.
