Biography
Jeffrey “Wipo” Baligad a visual artist from Manila, Philippines.
Wipo see his work as an attempt to explore the relationships between reality and surrealism. He used to combine the
nature and urban life as an opportunity to expand his abilities through constant experimentation. Unconscious
movements, automatism, serendipity, bold style of dynamism with infused bits of abstract and making discoveries by
accidents are the way of expressing himself.
