Biography
Make Art Gallery is an art project born in 2010 and enthusiastically managed by curators and art lovers.
When no one wanted to know about virtual and metaverse, because the times were not yet ripe, we were convinced that this new way of exhibiting art would push artists to quickly spread their expressive language.
An art path that boasts a long history of exhibitions, an adventure undertaken in October 2010 with the project of the former Ass. Cult. Grifio Art Gallery in Rome with MuVi, the independent virtual museum in Rome today part of the Make Art Gallery project.
By developing online art events we have focused over the years that three-dimensional virtual display is a powerful means of communication, much more than what we imagined at the beginning. Starting from this basis, we have enhanced its possibilities by allowing artists to enter the world without architectural barriers, without obstacles and prejudices, thus presenting themselves to the public only through their art and their ideas.
Real Online Virtual Art Exhibitions - What Are They?
The virtual exhibitions we curate are not simple web pages with photo and text exhibitions, or pre-recorded youtube videos, but real contemporary art exhibitions in semi-immersive three-dimensional environments, galleries that can be visited in real time via internet browser (from computer, smartphone and tablet).
A world that approaches the metaverse with rooms set up as real art galleries, where the visitor can move freely among the works on display.
An experience that completely diverges from the virtual galleries to which you have been accustomed in recent years, which unfortunately exclude various factors such as: curating, rapid use, the possibility of fully enjoying the three-dimensional virtual setting.
