Biography
My work approaches ideas of the domestic and the majestic, the meeting point of exterior and interior, environmental catastrophe, time, space and the formation of the Earth. Reflecting on divisions of time from seconds to geological epochs, meteorites are representative of deep space and time. Through history they have been found and venerated by various cultures. They also have their place in the development and study of our planet, collision with a large meteor probably being in part responsible for the end of the Jurassic era and simultaneously creating the right conditions for the evolution of humanity.
