Biography

The current research begins from the reflection of the philosopher J. Baudrillard, to whom the Virtual is more real than the Real.
In the paintings, I seek a confrontation between what is generally considered real and what is virtual, recognizing a reversal of the sense where the real becomes virtual and the virtual becomes real.
Looking at the paintings Annamaria and Ary for example, one can ask the question about who and what is real, and find out that, Snow White is the subject of the virtual nature that in the painting becomes more real than Ary although, she is a person of real nature.
The painting becomes a mirror where the sense is reversed and
allows to ask a question: what if the whole world were to be the
mirror on which an other world is reflected? What If we were inside the fairy tale that Snow White reads before going to sleep? ... ...
The goal is to experience real and virtual space in painting
and this will be pursued in the near future in a long series of
paintings.
