BIOGRAPHY by Carmen Pedullà
Born in Epernay, a country in France in 1968, the third of five children, at about the age of seven I am fatherly orphaned, I move with my family to Bianco a small village in Calabria. Since the small poster has an artistic inclination, starting to draw my favorite cartoons. I find love for drawing when, attending a school design contest at elementary school, I took home a box of wood full of tempera colors, and from there they no longer abandon drawing, becoming a real reason for life. After finishing the third, for economic reasons, I did not go on studying to work and help my family, but later, love for drawing and then painting prevailed, even though I could not devote myself full time, at the same time The work begins to attend the high school already high school. I graduate in 1992. Among the various artistic attitudes: decorations on walls, glass, ceramics, creation of maizen objects, oil painting on canvas and what I prefer. The environment where I grew up has certainly influenced and encouraged my artistic path, the small White Country, overlooking the sea, with all its warm, Mediterranean colors that characterize it. The sea, absorbing colorations from time to time, different, but never random: when the sun rises in the shades of the changing reds, announcing the new day, and in the evening on full moon nights becomes silver, diffused glow on Wavy blue nightcloth. It is an ambition to represent nature in its totality beauty and perfection on sunny days: << Nature, equal to generating force, a gift to preserve >> Inspired by the desire to represent all that I am from emotions, serenity and peace Painting is the form of thought, as thought is the soul of life.
