Biography
Gesuino Pinna was born in Cagliari in 1965. Self-taught training. Already as a child he discovers the beauty of the world around him and his colors, from which he remains sensibly fascinated; hence the irrepressible need to express one's emotions through drawing.
Thanks to the encouragement of a very valuable art teacher, he also approaches painting and, therefore, the different techniques that enrich the heritage. Participates in several exhibitions on the occasion of which receives multiple votes.
Later, thanks to the fertile stimuli offered by the great painters, such as Monet, Picasso, Dali, Van Gogh, Kandinskij, De Chirico, he created numerous works that synthesize, in a personalized key, elements taken from cubism, impressionism, surrealism and , more recently, from abstract expressionism.
In his paintings, the artist particularly uses the color and movement of the brushstroke, with the aim of transmitting the strength of his emotions onto the canvas.
The works must evoke emotions, stimulating reflections.
