max gasparini mas born in Rovato in 1970...
Starting from a classical and realistic painting of objicts, landscape and portraits, made through a minute technique, he them came to realease the act almost by chance, using colours and materials coming from his job: acrilic varnish, laquer, schellac, alcool.
It was an epiphany.
The paintings started to take shape by themeselves, without will or plans, removing the process of ideation, project and sketch.The work rises by itself, taking a shape not intirely under control.The use of poor materials, such as packing carton,bagging,unprepared canvans,give the painter the battlefield in which colours will have different reaction. A painting of outbrust,letting it be. The materials meets in new vibration every time The gesture, the chemistry and the physics decide the form. the tecnis is in the mind.
