Biography
As a multi-disciplinary conceptual artist Eva uses a diverse range of materials and media dependent on her current project/idea/concept. This form of practice allows her to keep her work varied; moving between 2D, 3D, installation and performance. Eva’s work is often placed within a social, political or cultural context and is process and material led.
Her current paintings reference social and political issues related to European diaspora in which she examines the notion of cultural and national identity, alluding to ideas on acculturation; duality; and hybridity based on personal history
