Biography
Employing a variety of mediums; printmaking, photography, sculpture and digital media, I draw my inspiration from landscapes and people: Observing the gentle patterns and subtle changes that occur with the passing of time. I am interested in capturing the transformation of a moment in a situation, place or event.
My work circulates parallels drawn between mankind and the natural environment, questioning whether it is our responsibility to maintain and care for the planet or whether it is there as a provider.
My aim is to make work that reflects on the cycle of disintegration and regeneration by considering the positive and negative effects that human societies have in the environment.
