Biography
I'm a figurative artist, living and working in London. I love to paint the nude and portraits- I find the best way for me to express my ideas is through the body and its movement. The work is about finding yourself (physically, emotionally or spiritually) in a foreign environment and willingly submitting; I like to work in oil for the figure/face to give a visceral reality and often choose monochromatic or geometric backgrounds in contrast to create a sort of surreality.
