Biography
Currently all of my artistic creation, paintings, photographs, installations and body painting are traveling along a singular theme: "Raizes" in Portuguese roots.
This theme aims to retrace my story, to discover my roots, where I come from and where I'm going.
I work on canvas, wood, plastic, scrap or any other surface could be painted. I really like the eco-reuse. I find it fascinating to give a second life to objects otherwise destined to disappear. I could paint anything. And often I do it. So simple recycled plastic bottles take shape and turn into roots, large roots and colorful dancing in the wind. Metaphorically, these roots want to branch out and penetrate the lives of others, absorbing lifeblood and transforming it into a message of hope.
I want to be able to unite different worlds who share the same passion for art, for humanity and nature.
