An artist who brings photographic elements into painting, living new and contemporary shades to the historicized informal. If informal painting implies the moving away from representation of reality in favour of a painting which is real in itself, it is evident that the material, dabbed and freely spread around the surface, becomes a record of the inner drive of the artist.
