yonatan ben-knaan, a monkey, born 1979 in be'er-sheva, isreal, lives and work in tel-aviv.
in his works as a designer he tries to do what he's been asked, sometimes not he and neither the client accepts the situation. in his works as an artist yonatan tries to bind the distant and obvious scale to the close and abstract one, that touches the limitations of man as a creature fettered inside systems of invisible constraints, or those he rather not think about. yonatan creates his works via digital media befitting his electro-centric life.
