Biography
Pier Paolo Nudi born in San Marco Argentano, in the province of Cosenza in 1971, lives and works in Rende. The artistic career began in the late eighties and continues in the nineties with an intellectual work that is outside, after a careful analysis of his consciousness, through art: in his works gives all an internal process that flows from experiences life, inner emotions, approaches of studies and journeys undertaken between museums, galleries and artistic backgrounds from Rome to Milan, to Naples, Florence and Turin. Is in recent years knows that, compared not only with different artists, but also gallery owners, art critics, and historians: an exchange of ideas and thoughts that piece by piece build his artistic. After graduation in Statistics, in 2008 in Rome he signed the manifesto introspectionism artistic. In this period he worked and created works such as "Landscapes introspectionists" and "Introspection" obtained with overlapping acrylic paste and synthetic materials such as silicones, metallizing, pumice stone, quartz and crystals.
In late 2009, wrote a reflection cultural-artistic and draft a further expression of art, the "Multivariarte", a research content and the dreams of shaping the impalpable, connecting the invisible to the visible. Along his artistic career are the colors, the smells, the flavors, landscapes and everyday life and genuineness of his land. And then the "Real People", an integral part of that reality explored and dissected thoroughly through his work of introspection. On the canvas is transported his entire inner world: fears, anxieties and hopes, but also the emotions and everything takes shape in a strong and alive. A whole world represented in a careful and quiet. Silent as the solitude in which he tried to put a face. The meetings, conversations with other artists, the diversified models of several cities experienced, both scientific and humanistic studies, they have quickly evolve its style, blending his artistic thinking developed with original techniques. Created works such as "Dimensional Multiple", "Human Dimension", "MULTIVARIO", "multiple segments", "Evanescenze", "translucency", "Colors multivariate" and "Approximations". His is a desire to place the viewer in front of a reality that through his works of art analyzes the different dimensions that influence the path of man, intersecting the three-dimensional visible with multidimensional lived. It is a language by the visual impact whispered and evanescent, able to transmit and cause the observer the feeling of being in front of a mysterious elsewhere, visible but incomprehensible to reason. His painting deviates too much from reality and reaches out to a plastic research best suited to express a contemporary spirituality in continuous rediscovery of the charm.
In 2010 the Municipal Museum of Modern Art in Monreale acquired the work "Segments multivari" embellishing a collection already known by the presence of the great masters of the twentieth century. Academician of the prestigious Academy Angelica Constantine of Letters, Arts and Sciences of Rome, today his works are in collections and private collections nationally and internationally.
