Artist Statement:
The world around me is an incredible source of emotional inspiration. I can explain my emotions through images, breaking the barrier of their previous concealment. There’s no better way to translate and explain these feelings and perceptions… the rewards of using a virgin surface and my own imagination. Every piece is a metaphoric recreation of a dream, and every single morning, when I awake, I have a yearning to start dreaming again and again…
Starting my pieces at the deepest layer, I build complementary surfaces as perfect metaphoric containers of the universe of my ideas. I enhance the visual expression with the sensory element of the image. I feel an absolute freedom to evoke the deepest perceptions with appropriate colours and materials,...
