Biography
Albertina Lodi was born in Modena Italy in 1957. From the beginning she was fascinated by grafic arts, history of the art and painting. She took a first degree in an artistic school in
Modena in 1976 and later she went to Bologna to take the university degree in painting in 1981. One year after she joined a master in cartoons and in the same time she took part to a
specialistic stage for airbrush painting tecnic (aeropen) with a famous emilian airbrush artist, Mr. Guazzi Giorgio.
She has been working in Modena for 25 years as grafic designer in her advertising studio, meanwhile she was appling more and more her artistic knowledge and experineces to the world
of painting, mixing the oil tecnic to the aerobrush one, with acrilic colours. Her style is mainly symbolist and surrealist using vivid and joyfull colours. She lives and works in Guiglia, a
wonderfull little town in the mountainsome portrait exhibitions in Modena.
