Biography
Vanessa Arana, born in Guatemala in 1985, self driven towards art in its pure state of passion, has challenged realness to eyesight and its fact of happening as reality when perceiving her work.
Began her journey in the arts at the early age of 5 by painting at all times. Natively talented in paint, music and singing, all art expressions she could explore through made her different from any other child at that age. Since childhood she remembers, enjoying long walks in beautiful outdoors, exploring colors and textures among flowers, trees, drifting into nature's diversity.
After 5 years in Angel Academy of Art in Florence Italy, exposed to a whole new world in techniques and use of light, her innate talent gave birth to a new and revolutionary concept in observing, thriving realism, something that Florence's very own essence of art groomed Vanessa towards her own renaissance. Her talent notoriously became very special, allowing the viewer's ability to swift in to the scene, seduced by a combination of unique compositions, colors and fading scales, all together conspiring in vulnerability to a perfect illumination, letting realism itself to emulate the human eye.
Soul talented and grace gifted, Vanessa's work will impact at high scale all concepts in realism. A collaboration to art and life.
Yet, when she's asked to describe herself as an artist, she'd say with a warm and unique smile; "I'm just
a girl who loves to paint"..
