Biography
Currently living in Berlin, I am an Australian New Media and Electronic Artist. I create spatially aware interactive installations. My work draws on the impact of integrated digital technologies (such as Facebook and iPhones) on our body-based interaction with the physical environment and each other. Exploring this relationship between technology, physical space and the body, my works encourage a re-embodiment of physical space. Through my use of hardware and software based interactive and sculptural design, the viewer becomes co-creator of the work – their role - to ‘activate’ the space and become fully present and conscious of their effect on that particular environment, and subsequently, on physical environments in general.
