Biography
The object as a means for representing the Self is of great importance to my own work. Objects represent the social values of the time in which they are created, and can be seen to embody the personality or identity of those who choose to possess them. The things we choose to surround ourselves with define who we are, who we have been, and who we wish to be. The way in which objects represent peoples lives merits recognition.
