Biography
My real name is Nicola Munari, but I think that a person has got different names for every different period of his life and for every different activity that he can do. So, my name for this event is Oliver Adrian.
I studied for one year at the Classical Lyceum and then I took a secondary degree in art at the Artistic Lyceum, in Piacenza, with a thesys on the Post Human Art.
At the end of the past year I started to study buildings' architecture at the Politecnico of Milan, but in this spring I started to work as a sculptor for a local artist.
From this autumn I'm going to study photography (both digital and analogic) in a school located in Milan.
My work is very heterogeneous, and the only thing that links all is the experimentation.
In my works the idea, the thinking, is the subject, and the technique is only an instrument. I think that the images, in particulary the photographs, are objects, that can only reflect a thinking filtered through many variations (today, is the video the best technique to document the reality, I think).
