Biography
I was born and raised in upstate New York surrounded by trees, cows, and university professors. My mother and my grandmother taught me how to sew at a very early age; a skill that I find exceptionally useful to this day. I moved to New Mexico as a teenager and spent the time there floating through a variety of occupations from hospitality to media. While in Santa Fe, I befriended Shelley Horton-Trippe. Shelley helped me not develop technique, but instead how to incorporate my unique world view into my artwork, and to this day, these lessons have been a crucial part of the creative process.
I have been fortunate enough to experience painting, pottery, photography, glass blowing, stained glass, poetry, drawing and textiles.
My work has been displayed across the nation and is owned by private collectors around the world. Announcements about upcoming shows will be released on my website and in my newsletter.
