Biography
From 1990 my interest focuses on the actor's body with theatre's studies (Grotowski, Barba, Brook). I practice the Technical method of Aberasturi, I study the body post-organic and the cyberperformance.
The body writing of Cixous, Jonas, Abramovic, with the evolution of video art (Jun Paik and Viola) have become the inspiration of my creative research base.
In 1996 I graduate in DAMS (disciplines of art, music, theatre) with the thesis "The Gypsy flamenco dance as artistic expression-antropological" and I leave the theatre for spaces free of identity. My attention is focused on women without excluding other social actors: the inner world, hidden, the report that the woman's body develops with the outside world, so the use of elements of social recognition. The interaction between the physical body and body represented.
My work is communication between different media; the performance is a composition of body, videos, music, photography and objects that together tell a path.
Dal 1990 il mio interesse si concentra sul corpo dell’attore performer, partendo da intensi studi sul teatro di ricerca (Grotowski, Brook, Barba). Seguo il metodo della Tecnica del Movimento di F.Aberasturi, la ricerca del corpo post-organico, la cyberperformancei.
Le scritture del corpo di H.Cixous, J.Jonas, M.Abramovic, J.Cage e M.Barney, con le evoluzioni della video arte (da N.Jun Paik e B.Viola) sono diventate l'ispirazione base della mia ricerca creativa.
Nel 1996 mi laureo al DAMS con la tesi "Il ballo flamenco gitano come espressione artistico-antropologica" esco dalla scena esclusivamente spettacolare per spazi liberi da identità. La mia attenzione si focalizza sul sentire femminile senza escludere altri soggetti sociali; su quel mondo interiore, nascosto, rivelato -paradossalmente- dalla relazione che il corpo della donna sviluppa con il mondo esterno, che prevede quindi l'uso di elementi di riconoscibilità sociale: l'interazione tra corpo fisico e corpo rappresentato.
In una continua comunicazione tra performance e diversi media, la creazione è una composizione di corpo, video, musica, fotografia e oggetti che insieme raccontano un percorso.
