Biography
Completely self-taught, Silvia Logi began her activity as a game and a passion; this dimension is unavoidable and emerges vividly from all her creations that are tridimensional paintings made by using materials given by Nature. Drift-wood, seeds, bark, ivy sprays and roots are brought together and placed in contrast to and with marble, stones, fragments of glass, mirror or ceramic. Her creations are extemporary, guided by intuition and the close observation of Nature. The techniques are born from trial and continuous studies to perfect the possible combinations of the various materials at hand. Each piece is therefore unique and unrepeatable.
