Biography
Milena Picariello stars her studies at the institute of art to get her degree, then at the Academy of Fine Arts in Neaples obtaining the highest marks. She takes part in several collective exhibitions and id awarded whit prizes and acknowledgments. Whit the passing of time she concentrates her attention on comix, advertising and on the illustration of magazines.She works for the most important italian and foreign editors for children. In this last years, the artist has felt the urge to go back to painting, bringing her expertise of illustrator in it. Since 2007 she has partecipated in several exhibitions and competitions:
-April 07 she has a personal exhibition at Club Benessere in Salerno
-07/08/09 she partecipated in Celeste Prize
-07 partecipation in the ArteMondadori Prize and finalist in the ArteMondadori Prize 08
-March 08 partecipation in the collective exhibition Female Eros at the modern art centre in Pisa
-o8/09 partecipation in the Laguna Prize.
-November 08 she has a personal exhibition at the "Modern art Centre" in Pisa
