Biography
Decorator by passion, expressed through the practice of my art the desire to customize and make more intimate and cozy, serial and otherwise anonymous objects.
The possibility of acting on reality, changing "things" to my taste, giving a new look or function object or by giving value to otherwise anonymous environment, is what fascinates me most and I am committed to the study and experimentation with techniques that to allow for a "transformation", the more satisfying as most will not have been the result of improvisation. My decorations appear, therefore, will not adapt to reality, to what I happen to possess, but of offering my own interpretation. It is mainly referring to the past and especially to periods and cultural contexts in which the decorative arts, and decoration in general, had a starring role. Seeking, through the creation of environments or the decoration of furniture and objects, to revive the styles that have been affected periods spent in a game of imitation-creation of something able to communicate and to appreciate the ideals of aesthetic very different from ordinary.
