Biography
Vera Baksa-Soos is an internationally renowned curator for contemporary art with focus on Eastern-European art as well as Video- and Film projects (as one of the initiators for Infermental) since the mid 1970s. She has been working as the Chief Curator in the Ludwig Museum Budapest, organizing major shows e.g. on Henri Cartier-Bresson, ChinArt, Daniel Spoerri and on contemporary photography from the Essl Collection. Currently she is based in Berlin leading the Moholy-Nagy Gallery at the Collegium Hungaricum Berlin.
