Biography
Carmen Spigno born in Diano Marina (IM), in Liguria.
He studied drawing and painting at the Italian Center of Artistic Cultural lmperia (CIAC), directed by maestro Giuseppe Balbo of Bordighera, cofounder of the International Festival of Comics. Primary teacher, for years has been dedicated to teaching his teaching method focusing on visual arts, from drawing to painting, from the comic drama, and music, from photography to cinema.
Essentially, it was in 1997 the meeting with the Genoese painter Andrea Bagnasco Group member of the Lands, which marks a turning point in his artistic process, heading to new research color and style. Since then he devoted himself to painting with natural pigments and resins, which she seeks and collects, pursuing a continuous testing on the tracks and signs that they impress on different materials.
In 1998 she founded along with Dutch Neervort Rudolf Van de Poll and German Carl Schoenfeld, the Artists' Club "Friends in Art" by Garlenda, which includes prestigious names on the continent. It organizes cultural events and art exhibitions.
