Biography
Valerio A. Rizzo, aka RoY BaToU, was born in Palermo the 15th August 1978. He had the Scientific Graduation in 1997 together with a Computer Programmer Graduation. Matriculated in Biology, he began a scientific formation. He's still continueing his scientific formation today by his job at the University of Palermo as Ph.D. in Neuroscience. Besides the scientific and informatic formation have improved and accompanied his artistic knowledge and ability, overall through the observation and painting of human, animal, and cellular parts. Now he has a strong and deep capacity utilization of most diffused program of 2D graphic manipulation such as Photoshop, Illustrator, ACDSee, Corel Painter, Photomatix, Picasa; and a very good knowlodge of 3D editing software like 3DStudio Max 2009 and 2010, Google SketchUp Pro, Poser 7.0, Modo, ZBrush 3, Mudbox 2009 and 2010. Also he can use video editing and video postproduction software like After Effects CS4 and Sony Vegas pro 7.0, Adobe Premiere CS4. His artistic activity is addressed to scientific illustration projects for pharmacological o neurophysiologycal books, animations and stills projects for congress, artworks, logos and animation.
