ANA GARCIA
Ana Maria Costa de Almeida e Silva Garcia da Conceição, born in Oliveira de Azemeis
Having 18 years as artistic training attendance in Art Centre St John's Wood in the course of PAINTING. Also had training in the Art Center of drawings, engravings and SCREEN. In Painting, Engraving and Screenprinting had the guidance of Dr. ARMANDO AURÉLIO licensed by the Fine Arts in Oporto and in the direction of the DESIGN Dr. ARTUR MOREIRA, sculptor, Professor. of Fine Arts in Oporto.
Took the Course of Modern Art and contemporary with Dr. LAURA CASTRO, prof. Catholic University.
Is Professor of Painting at the Senior University of Oliveira de Azemeis
During two years he attended the CRATP (Regional Center of Traditional Arts of Porto) where he learned to work and painting tiles, and also POTTERY.
It is a partner of the Association of Friendship and Art Galec Portuguese - AAAGP which is part of the governing bodies
It is a partner of the Barcelona International Asociation of Art y Cultura Contemporanea
He participated as a teacher of painting in Sports Holidays from 1995 to 1999 conducted by the Parish of Oliveira de Azemeis.
In 1997 produced the poster and leaflets from a frame yours, with the Sanctuary of the N-th Lady of La Salette La, to the festivities in honor of it, in Oliveira de Azemeis.
It is part of the Directorate of DROP (Oliveirense Amateur Theatre Group) since 1992 and is Vice Chairman of the Board
He painted all the pieces of scenery for the Theatre "THE SECRET OF BEE", and "CHRISTMAS Riding Hood," "Brothers of Lilas," "CRIME OF OLD VILLAGE", "THE OLD" and "THE THREE COSTUREIRAS"
Painted the picture of the book cover "Pindela - STUDIES monograph published by Caima Press.
Produced a work in painting, engraving and screen printing on Fernando Pessoa.
Have you done exhibitions in Portugal, Galicia and Italy, Malaysia. Is represented in some Boards, Parish Councils, Libraries and Museum Macieira de Cambra and some private collections in Brazil, France, Italy, Kuala Lumpur and Angola.
