Biography
I have been interested in photography for a long time, my father gave me his old Pentax K when I was 15, since then I have gone through various phases with all things photo/graphic. in the eighties I had my own little studio and dark room, and was able to purchase equipment such as the Hassleblad 2000 FM. Which served me well when in business with my partner Vincent, we had a small graphics and advertising company. The nineties brought about hard times and we folded, in need of hard cash I sold every thing I had for a pitance. Which I have regretted many times over the years, I worked with computers for the first time in 2000, in a computer composite room at a printers. In my free time at work, sometimes hours at a time I got to grips with Photo shop on the apple Mac's we had and started to create some art works. I became hooked and began agonising over details in my work even when I went to bed at night! I dont agonise over my work any more, I get a lot more sleep these days thank you.. But this present day I have re kindled my passion for all things graphic and recently purchased a camera for the first time in years, a Nikon D80. I am just begining the journey back at the moment but the results that I've gotten so far have pleased me and brought back those old feelings. I thought that I might as well enter one of my old favourite computer graphic compositions from 2004 The Universal Mother.
