Biography
Hyun-a Lee was born in Seoul, S. Korea. Lee has drawn pictures for a long time since childhood. Lee also has experienced various techniques and areas of art, became more serious to pictures and communication through the picture when she acted as an illustrator for a while, and got to think it more important to make a picture where rich ideology and emotion were expressed than discrimination of the techniques and materials.
Her works become a motivation for jumping a question on the life, the existence, and true freedom to herself or the world through deep self-reflection.
It is the beginning of her philosophy that the limitation of life makes human life richer and she would like to talk about being alive continuously through the works.
Lee is getting internationally acknowledged as a talented artist by being selected for international juried show in New York City.
