Biography
Hello my name is Felix Concepcion. I have been working in Art since I was very young. As a young artist my worked was inspired by Ancient Folklore and Mythology. As I became older I began Drawing my own characters as well as other characters I grew up with as a child. I attended the high school of art of design and took animation as my major. There i learned to master my art and advance further in my art. I have completed two semester at the art institute of New York, where I took Multi Media. Where I learned to record sound and filming, I also took Photoshop and Powerpoint Presentation. I have worked in A.I Friedman, Da Vinci Artist Supply and Blick's. Working in these are stores i have learned to work in other mediums such as watercolor,oil and pastels. My work is now on display at a local restaurant on manhattan ave called La Taverna as well as a beauty saloon in the village. My work is inspired by my dreams,or the formation of clouds and recently the events in the gulf. Art has always been a part of my life and will continue to be a part of my life. I always love to push myself beyond my comfort zone and continue to be inspired by nature and my dream.
