Biography
Fabrizio Bidoli was born in Palmanova (UD) in February 5th of 1963. He currently lives in Clauiano, a small historical resort in Friulana, near Palmanova.
In this small and characteristic region, Fabrizio opened his (atelier) studio- study. Since his childhood, Fabrizio, has been interested in the visual and plastic arts, although he did not follow regular studies of artistic nature. During his adolescence, he frequently socialised with artistic circles that contributed to his training and the reinforcement of his artistically character.
Influenced by his passion of the Metaphysical and surrealist painting, his work reflects a plurality of inward-looking visions and emotions, with a strong load of symbolic language and dreamlike content, shaped with trowels of ignited chromatic tonalities and the know-how of the handling of the brush.
He participated in collective exhibitions of regional character, like the ones realised in the exhibition halls of the municipality of “Gonars” (1998), Udine (1999) and Trieste, near the “Warlike Circle” (2000). His recent work can be seen in Internet in the Web page “TiscaliArte”.
Several art critics and journalists wrote about the artist in the “Messagero Véneto”, the “Gazzettino” and in the Weekly magazine of national diffusion of the “Christian Family” (cfr.n.34 2005 August of year LXXV). In the spring of 2005, an interview with the artist of Clauiano was published, in the “Giostra dei Borghi”, where comments were made regarding his work carried out during a fecund and fertile period.
Although he can be considered a relatively young artist, but due to his technique and expressive capacity and his maturity acquired in years of arduous study and training, he is considered between the representative figures, without betraying the traditional inheritance of XX, he is able to diversify totally the contemporary sensitivity.
